Six Flags Over Georgia has its grand opening for its 44th season Saturday


AUSTELL, Ga. -- Six Flags Over Georgia has its grand opening for its 44th season Saturday and is partnering with Marietta-based MUST Ministries for a special admission offer.

Parkgoers who donate six or more food items will receive a special discounted admission ticket.

"Six Flags Over Georgia is proud to partner with MUST Ministries to collect food for needy families," said Park President Melinda Ashcraft. "This special price of $20.11 is a great way to kick off the 2011 season while giving back to the community."

Guests who donate six or more items will get coupons to purchase one-day passes for $20.11, valid only only on March 19 and 20. The regular admission price for this season is $49.00.
