Nicki Minaj's live nip slip on Good Morning America (GMA) has caused the Parents Television Council (PTC) to blast the show for their slow triggered censors. Unlike 2004's Super Bowl incident with Janet Jackson, Minaj isn't the one being slammed by the media. This time around, all the harsh words are being directed at GMA for failing to keep Nicki's nipple off air. However, ABC did state that they did have a five-second delay in place. A rep for them stated, "Although we had a five-second delay in place for the Nicki Minaj concert on GMA, the live East Coast feed of the concert regrettably included certain fleeting images of the performer that were taken out of later feeds of the broadcast in other time zones. We are sorry that this occurred."
As sorry as ABC and Good Morning America are, there's a strong chance that several grown men and even some women were quite happy to see Nicki Minaj's nip slip bouncing around. Ah, those fortunate East Coasters really do get all the fun; at least when it is broadcasted live.
